First attempt to make cookies....erm think this one abit too much butter.... taste wise still ok.... but still abit far from famous amos (LOL) ... anyway...will try again tmr.... Fine tuning the balance of flour,egg and butter

looks abit too dry liao .. haha
Actually not really dry...e percentage of e butter is on e high side... probably i will fine tuning e baking part... maybe a lower temp with a slightly longer time.... and reduce e butter... interested to be my guinea pig? lol
lol.. looked dry cause some looked abit burnt oso
