Beef patty for hamburger and meat balls for bolognese pasta... Stay Tune! =)

Cookies Day 2

1. Mixed sugar flour with margarine and mix for 15min. Add an egg and mix for another 15min. Add in flour and mix again till everything blend in together. Add 1/2 tsp of vanilia extract for flavour.
2. Lightly grease the plate with margarine and heat the plate in microwave for 1min. place the cookie nicely on the plate and bake for 6min with med 160degree heat.

3. Leave it for cooling before keeping it in container. Will last longer this way.

Today i tried another receipe...after failing twice to get wat i want with premix...it turn out to be quite nice =)

Ingredients:

1. Flour - 400gm

2. sugar flour - 140gm

3. Egg - 1

4. vanillia extract - 1/2 tsp

5. margarine - 250gm

Cookies Day 1

First attempt to make cookies....erm think this one abit too much butter.... taste wise still ok.... but still abit far from famous amos (LOL) ... anyway...will try again tmr.... Fine tuning the balance of flour,egg and butter
